Position Summary: We are seeking a committed physiotherapist to join our team, providing services in a residential setting with a human-centered and multidisciplinary approach. Key Highlights: 1. The primary role will be delivering services in a residential environment with a human-centered and multidisciplinary approach, ensuring a safe and pleasant atmosphere for everyone. **Responsibilities:** * Initial assessment and periodic follow-up of residents’ functional status. * Design and implementation of rehabilitation programs and therapeutic exercises. * Prevention and treatment of mobility-, balance-, and strength-related issues. * Intervention in recovery processes following hospitalizations, falls, or surgical procedures. * Application of individual and group therapies tailored to each person’s needs. * Collaboration with the medical team, nursing staff, occupational therapy, and socio-cultural animation teams. * Preparation of progress reports and records. * Education and guidance for residents, families, and auxiliary staff on mobility and ergonomics guidelines. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy. * Valid professional registration. * Prior experience in geriatric or socio-healthcare settings will be valued. **Desirable:** * Ability to start immediately. * Training in Occupational Risk Prevention. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. * Disability certificate, equal to or greater than 33%.
