Support in project justification #### **OCCUPATION DESCRIPTION** A person is required to join as an administrative assistant to provide cross-functional support to the Finance Unit. #### **FUNCTIONS** * Receipt and accounting of invoices via the Generalitat’s electronic portal. * Management and accounting of reimbursements. * Support in justifying competitive projects. * Closing service orders and managing delivery notes. * Accounting for VISA card expenses and bank reconciliation. * Performing other administrative tasks necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the unit. #### **REQUIREMENTS** * Intermediate-level vocational training in administrative management or equivalent. * Advanced proficiency in Catalan and Spanish. * Basic oral and written English communication skills. * Experience in corporate accounting. * Initiative and capacity for organization and planning; interpersonal and teamwork skills. * Ability to resolve incidents. * Adaptability and tolerance to diverse contexts and functions. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel, Word, and other IT tools. * SAP experience desirable. * Public sector experience desirable. #### **OFFERED** * Interim contract until permanent position coverage. * Start date: April 2026. * Gross annual remuneration associated with this position will be determined based on the candidate’s experience and competencies, paid in 12 installments. * Possibility of teleworking up to 2 days per week. * Flexible compensation (school/daycare voucher + meal voucher). * 23 days of vacation + 5 personal days per year + 2 days for Easter + 2 days for Christmas. * Training sessions provided by the company. * Opportunity to join an excellent multidisciplinary research center holding the HRS4R distinction. * Location at the Can Ruti Campus, a top-tier translational research environment in the Barcelona area.
