Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced kitchen assistant to support the head chef in daily workshop tasks, including ingredient preparation and maintaining order. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation and organization of ingredients For our kitchen in Avilés, Asturias, we are looking for an experienced assistant to join our team. Your responsibilities will include providing direct support to the head chef and actively participating in daily workshop tasks. This includes preparation and organization of ingredients—known as "mise en place"—precise cutting of products, and consistently maintaining cleanliness and order in your work area, ensuring smooth operations. A proven professional track record of at least two years in similar positions is required. It is essential that you feel comfortable performing these operational duties, which are vital to the kitchen's efficient functioning. We offer an indefinite contract with a part-time schedule of 20 hours per week. Compensation will be determined in accordance with the current hospitality collective agreement in the Principality of Asturias.
