QA Engineer (Hybrid)

Requirements: – Solid experience in API testing and automation with Karate (or similar frameworks). – Proficiency in Postman for functional API testing. – Fluent use of Git for version control. – Experience working with Jira for task management. – AI-powered programming: Using AI tools applied to coding. We do not seek conversational chat-style usage, but real hands-on experience integrating coding assistants (such as Claude Code, Gemini, Copilot, etc.) directly into the IDE to generate scripts, optimize code, and accelerate automation. Responsibilities: – API and Integration Testing: Design, develop, and execute functional and integration test cases for REST APIs, ensuring correct communication among different systems. – AI-Assisted Automation: Integrate and utilize AI coding assistants directly into your workflow to write, refactor, and maintain tests more agilely. – Core Automation (APIs \& Web): Maintain and scale our API framework using Karate, and develop end-to-end (E2E) UI tests using Playwright. – Collaboration and Management: Work closely with Product Owners and developers to define acceptance criteria, manage bugs in Jira, and participate in agile ceremonies. Preferred Qualifications: – Experience with XRAY for test management and execution within Jira. – Experience in web automation with Playwright (or similar frameworks). – Knowledge of k6 for API performance testing.\- Quality- and detail-oriented mindset. – Ability to work across multiple projects. – Analytical and problem-solving skills. – Commitment to continuous learning.
