




We are seeking a professional with experience for an administrative and operations position. Responsibilities include administrative management and continuous process improvement, ensuring efficiency in daily operations. The role also involves coordinating events and activities, providing support in their organization and execution. Additionally, the role entails direct contact with companies and clients, offering support for various services. Assistance will be required in managing infrastructure and equipment, thereby contributing to the proper functioning of facilities. Supporting the entity’s growth and internal organization is a key aspect of the position. A permanent full-time contract is offered, with an annual gross salary of 26\.406,17 euros paid in 12 installments. Requirements include a minimum qualification of Higher Technician in Administration and Finance or Executive Assistance, and at least 5 years of professional experience in administrative or operational functions. Additional experience in project, event, or supplier management, as well as knowledge of foreign languages and specific management software, will be valued. Residence in Alcañiz or surrounding areas and availability to work weekends and outside regular hours are essential.
