Direct Care Educator

Description

Accompany children, girls, and adolescents in implementing their individual educational programs, supported by a team of professionals. Record relevant information about interventions in a follow-up journal and share key data during shift changes. Care for and protect minors both inside and outside the facility, identifying their material and emotional needs to activate appropriate responses. Serve as an affective reference point, offering an emotionally safe space where each minor feels validated and unconditionally loved. Act as a behavioral and social role model to foster integration. Promote personal and social autonomy; for foreign minors, support language learning, administrative regularization, sociocommunity integration, and sociolaboral advancement. Testify in judicial proceedings if required. Working hours consist of rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts on weekdays, weekend nights, daytime weekends, and on-call support. The position is full-time and the contract is temporary. **Professional experience:** 1 to 3 years of experience **Education:** University degree in Social Education or Social Work.
