**About Ovum SPF** We are a biotechnology company specialized in the production of SPF (Specific Pathogen Free) eggs as an essential substrate for vaccine manufacturing. Our facilities in Cascante operate under the standards of the European Pharmacopoeia and USDA regulations, with continuous veterinary supervision and a comprehensive traceability system. **The Position** Supervisor and coordinator of the team, responsible for ensuring that assigned tasks are executed daily by each person and verified accordingly. This is an on-site position requiring continuous presence in work areas—not an office-based role. **Responsibilities** * Hierarchical supervisor of the animal care team: task assignment, shift scheduling, and coverage planning * Daily on-site verification of execution of critical tasks: feeding, water supply, environmental conditions, and animal care routines * Plant walkthroughs using checklists and recording of results * Ensuring all incidents detected by staff are reported and resolved; tracking until closure * Immediate communication to Operations Management of any relevant deviations * Making operational decisions in the absence of Operations Management * Proposing improvements to control routines and work procedures * Recording and documentation in compliance with quality management system requirements **Requirements** * Prior experience as a supervisor, team leader, or shift manager in production environments * Demonstrable rigor in using records, checklists, and control systems * Ability to lead personnel and enforce compliance * Willingness to relocate to Cascante **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in poultry farms, animal facilities, or biological production * Education in veterinary science, animal science, agricultural sciences, or related fields **Conditions** * Permanent contract * Company-provided specialized training in the sector * A position offering real responsibility and career growth within the company Salary: €35,000.00–€42,000.00 per year Relocation/moving possibility: * Cascante, Navarra province: Commuting to work without difficulty or arranging relocation prior to starting employment (Mandatory) Experience: * Team management: 3 years (Mandatory) * Production supervision: 3 years (Desirable) Work location: On-site employment
