Position Summary: VIARIUM is seeking an R&D&i Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of technological research, development, and innovation systems. Key Highlights: 1. VIARIUM was founded in 2010 with the mission of being recognized for delivering the highest quality and service to our clients, supported by a solid, professional team committed to continuous improvement and innovation. **Your Mission** This position reports to the R&D&i department. The hire will join the R&D&i area as the responsible figure for the in-house development and implementation of Research, Development (R&D), and Technological Innovation (TI) systems. **What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like?** Your responsibilities will include: * Executing the defined innovation strategy aligned with business objectives. * Preparing specific documentation required to manage and enable the development of each project (scope, resources, schedule, and budget). * Promoting idea management, assessing their feasibility, and filtering those aligned with the strategy to convert them into concrete projects. * Coordinating and supporting the cross-departmental technical team assigned to each project through task allocation and tracking progress. Identifying training needs, fostering motivation and teamwork, and evaluating the technical team’s potential. * Coordinating project development with clients according to predefined guidelines. Implementing client-specific management criteria for each project. * Overseeing project development, economic project management, applying agile/Lean methodologies when necessary, managing risks, and monitoring progress and innovation metrics (ROI, impact). * Developing business plans for innovative technological products and/or services, focused on value delivery and return on investment. Proactively identifying market trends, emerging technologies, and valuable external collaborations. **What We Offer** * Permanent contract. * Intensive work schedule from June 15 to September 15, Monday to Friday (based on a standard schedule of 08:00–15:00). * Regular work schedule for the remainder of the year: Monday to Thursday (standard schedule of 08:30–18:00) and Fridays (08:30–15:00). * Possibility to flexibilize your working hours. * Comprehensive work-life balance measures for all employees. * Childcare voucher as part of flexible compensation. REQUIREMENTS **What We Are Looking For** * Education: Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum English proficiency level: B2. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in R&D areas as a Project Manager for innovation development, ICT projects, or software development projects. * Prior experience in developing R&D&i projects within an industrial environment. * Strong communication skills and leadership capability. * Residence near the vacancy location
