If you are motivated to deliver memorable experiences and grow within a dynamic and professional environment, this is your opportunity. **Main Responsibilities:** * Customer service, special assistance, and customer loyalty. * Reviewing reservations, occupancy rates, rates, website, and other channels. * Check-in and check-out procedures. * Managing phone calls, WhatsApp, and email communications. * Cross-selling/up-selling. * Document organization and management. * Billing for individuals, companies, and travel agencies. * Groups: organization, management, and operations. * Reviewing current and future reservation schedules. * Overbooking control. * Coordination and cooperation with all operational departments. * Concierge services and guest information. * Optimization and care of resources and materials. * Occupancy control. * Commission accounting. What Do We Require From You? 1–3 years of experience in 4\\\* or higher-category hotels. High level of English (other languages are an advantage). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the Prestige reservation system. Customer- and results-oriented mindset. Strong communication skills and organizational ability.
