Prepare for significant interaction with key internal stakeholders. Delivery of *results* will be your top priority. You will continuously seek improvement activities within the business unit. **In summary, you will be responsible for:** Technical Management * Comprehensive management of the general services area: industrial refrigeration, compressors, chillers, cooling towers, boilers, wastewater treatment plant, and campaign concentrators. * Management of maintenance service contracts with suppliers in the utilities area. * Design of the utilities area reliability plan (preventive, predictive, and CBM), subsequently executed by the maintenance department. * Building maintenance management. Development of preventive, corrective, and inspection route work plans. Resolution of notifications and provision of materials and resources to said team. * Management of energy consumption monitoring system and analysis of deviations therein. Where applicable, performance of required RCA and IPS in accordance with established consumption triggers. * Identification and analysis of Siemens SCADA systems for troubleshooting in the utilities area. * Execution of short daily field observation routines to detect deviations. Personnel Management * Management of various utilities and maintenance teams (boilermakers, building maintenance). * Conducting performance evaluations and monitoring attendance and vacation records. * Ensuring proper training of team members. * Leading Level 1 meetings for the utilities/facilities area. Administrative Management * Preparation of daily reports summarizing completed and planned building maintenance and utilities route activities. * Preparation of monthly financial reports for accounting of energy consumption (electricity, water). * Preparation of periodic reports and documentation as required by administration. Liaison with authorities during inspections and sampling at the wastewater treatment plant. * Industrial safety management. Periodic inspections of pressure equipment, primarily low and high voltage. Economic Management * Economic management of the utilities budget and chemical/gas inventory (expenditure control, monthly forecasts, procurement). * Preparation of the annual AOP for maintenance and water, jointly with the maintenance area manager. * Definition and digital coach reporting of KHMS (company management system) implementation in the utilities area. * Approval of documentation for registration within the utilities library.
