Hotel Night Receptionist

The **Balneario de Grávalos** is currently recruiting for a **Night Receptionist**. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Attend to customers prior to their arrival (reservations, information requests, etc...) * Attend to customers upon arrival (check\-in, tourist information, etc...) * Attend to customers during their stay. * Attend to customers upon departure (check\-out, billing, etc...) * Provide post-departure customer support (satisfaction surveys, sending information, etc.) * Perform all internal support tasks arising from customer service throughout the entire process (cash handling, incident logging, system data updates, production monitoring, etc.) * Coordinate with the housekeeping department regarding room preparation and departure. * Complete the maintenance incident logbook. * Carry out the daily closing procedure for the Hotel\-Balneario. Night Shift * Fluent English. * Additional languages are an asset. * Computer skills. * Office software (Word, Excel). **We offer:** Stable employment. Salary according to the Hospitality Collective Agreement. 8-hour daily shifts with two days off per week. Position type: Full-time, Temporary. Work location: On-site employment.
