Description

We are seeking a professional for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in Cintruenigo. The role includes diagnosing faults in HVAC equipment and applying practical solutions to ensure optimal performance. Daily tasks include preventive and corrective maintenance, locating refrigerant leaks, replacing components such as compressors or fans, and recharging refrigerant gas. The position also involves configuring basic control systems and reading electrical diagrams to carry out safe interventions. Scheduling technical visits is essential to complete work efficiently. Detailed reports of performed tasks are prepared to provide clear documentation for both the company and clients. This position allows autonomous daily workload management, supporting improved organization and problem-solving skills. Collaboration with a technical team on installation projects is required, and customer advisory services are provided. This is a permanent, direct employment contract with full-time hours from Monday to Friday, 08:00–13:00 and 15:00–18:00. A company mobile phone is provided for job-related functions. The gross annual salary ranges between 30\.000 and 36\.000 euros, depending on experience. Continuous learning is encouraged through industry-specific training, and occupational safety is prioritized. A Higher Vocational Training qualification (or equivalent) in HVAC, Refrigeration, or a related field is required. A minimum of three years’ verifiable experience in HVAC system repair and maintenance is mandatory. Candidates must possess solid knowledge of HVAC systems and direct-expansion systems, as well as fundamentals of electricity, automation, and basic hydraulics. Competence in interpreting electrical diagrams, commissioning and parameterizing equipment, and copper welding techniques is required. A Class B driving license and basic user-level proficiency with computer tools are necessary. Technical English proficiency for reading manuals is considered an asset.
