**Description:** ---------------- We are seeking to hire a Labor Relations Manager for our Gijón (Asturias) office. Your responsibilities will include autonomous management of hiring, payroll, and labor-related incidents for employees within your business unit. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to ensure the company complies with its labor and social obligations. You will report hierarchically to the Management of the Unit and functionally to Labor Relations and the Human Resources Administration Department. **Responsibilities** * Drafting employment contracts, amendments, settlement agreements, and related documentation. * Monitoring hiring processes. * Filing administrative documents with various agencies, including SEPE, TGSS, etc. * Entering all payroll-related incidents into the Payroll Program for employees. * Preparing certificates: maternity, retirement, unemployment, among others. * Preparing and managing documentation for operational staff transfers. * Collaborating in preparing for Labor Inspections together with the Legal Advisory, Labor Relations, and Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) departments. * Direct collaboration with the PRL Department and Operations Managers of your Unit to fulfill and carry out some of their functions. * Reporting any safety-related anomalies to the Prevention Service Technician. * Processing Work Accident Reports and coordinating with the Mutual Insurance Company. * Preparing necessary documentation for Labor Relations Managers or Legal Advisors. * Providing in-person and telephone support to employees of the business unit. * Informing Headquarters of all TGSS actions required (registrations, cancellations, modifications). * Processing basic copies duly signed by the Workers' Committee. * Reviewing the monthly payroll prior to payment. * Managing the digital archive of employee files. **Requirements:** --------------- * Vocational training qualification (intermediate level), Specialist Technician (second-degree), and/or extensive experience in this role. * University education in Labor Relations, Law, or related fields will be positively considered. * Knowledge of payroll and affiliation software is desirable. * Proficiency in computer tools (Advanced Excel). * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Labor Relations Manager, including payroll processing, settlement agreements, and Social Security registrations and cancellations. **We Offer** * Temporary replacement contract (IT) with potential for long-term extension. * Hybrid work arrangement. * Exclusive discounts and promotions for our employees. * Social benefits through the Flexible Compensation Plan.
