Your contribution: * You lead an international team of developers, quality assurance specialists, DevOps engineers, and Scrum Masters through the agile development process. * You oversee onboarding, training, and professional development of employees and define recruitment standards and \-processes. * You scale agile processes within the department, split the team into three independent Scrum teams, and integrate international colleagues. * You coordinate and implement technical prerequisites and collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration into the existing system landscape. * Additionally, you design and prepare the executive board resolution regarding partial decryption and assume responsibility for its technical implementation and verification.
