We are seeking staff with the profile of Technical Educational Assistant for a residence for individuals with autism in Serinyà (Girona). The main objective of this position is to support individuals in their daily life tasks and promote Quality of Life by implementing each person’s Individualized Care Plan. Organization with experience since 1988, located in a rural setting. Functions related to the needs of individuals with autism and functional diversity. In general terms, the Technical Educational Assistant must provide the necessary supports outlined in each individual’s Individualized Plan, based on established objectives aligned with the dimensions of Quality of Life. Functions to be performed: \- Accompany and support the individual in daily tasks and socialization \- Foster and strengthen habits of personal autonomy \- Accompany and support the individual in tasks related to personal hygiene and care \- Accompany and support daily residence tasks \- Administer prescribed medication following instructions from the Medical Team \- Attend to individuals when they feel unwell and/or experience a health issue \- Accompany and support travel between Residència Mas Casadevall I and Mas Casadevall II \- Manage crisis situations and act accordingly according to the protocol established by FAMC \- Accompany and encourage leisure and recreational activities tailored to individual and group needs \- Promote cohabitation (interpersonal and social) and relationships with the surrounding environment * FIRST STAGE OF SECONDARY EDUCATION WITH A DEGREE * Catalan (spoken at intermediate level, written at intermediate level) * Vehicle availability: car * Driving license: B * Permanent employment contract * Part-time schedule (1699 hours per year) * Additional relevant information: Job offer in a committed environment with years of experience supporting individuals with autism.
