Packaging Design Technician * Working hours: Full-time with split shifts * Start date: Immediate * Contract type: Permanent **What will your responsibilities be?** * Define and develop structural packaging designs for cardboard boxes, adapting them to customer requirements and production needs. * Create, review, and modify mock-ups, prototypes, and samples. * Prepare technical drawings, die-cut layouts, and varnish rubber plates. * Analyze the technical feasibility of designs and conduct necessary tests prior to production. * Coordinate with departments involved in new product development. * Participate in developing new packaging solutions, including more sustainable alternatives. * Propose improvements related to design, processes, and products. **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design Engineering and Product Development or equivalent qualification. * Prior experience in mock-up creation, prototyping, or technical development—especially within the packaging or graphic arts sectors—is highly valued. **What do we offer?** * Continuous training and onboarding support. * Opportunities for learning and professional development. * Integration into a close-knit, professional, and collaborative team. * Job stability within a family-owned company with international reach. * An organized, dynamic work environment focused on delivering high-quality service to customers.
