The purpose of this position is to ensure the correct execution of bakery and pastry processes in accordance with the company's quality and safety standards. **Main Responsibilities** * **Production:** Prepare and produce bakery and pastry items strictly following recipes and workshop management guidelines. * **Technical Control:** Monitor baking times, ingredient weighing, and final quantities. * **Machinery Operation:** Properly operate technical equipment and workshop-specific tools. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Maintain workplace order and cleanliness, rigorously adhering to current hygiene and sanitation regulations. * **Internal Logistics:** Assist in preparing orders for retail outlets or distributors and ensure daily production flow. * **Incident Management:** Identify anomalies in the production process and effectively report them to supervisors. **Candidate Profile** * **Education:** Specific training in baking or pastry-making is highly desirable. * **Experience:** Prior experience in workshop environments will be valued, although it is not an exclusive requirement if appropriate training is provided. * **Attitude:** A responsible, punctual individual with strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team. **Night Shift** **Professional Qualities** We seek a candidate with a distinctly execution-oriented profile, focused and capable of continuously learning new processes and recipes.
