We are looking for a Digital Project Manager to join our Digital Product team at our headquarters in Sils. **Your Mission** Lead and coordinate digital initiatives, acting as the bridge between business, product, and technology—identifying opportunities, prioritizing needs, and ensuring the proper execution of key projects within your domain. You must ensure every initiative aligns with the company’s strategic objectives and delivers real value to both the business and the user—driving effective decision-making, cross-team collaboration, and a results-oriented focus. We seek a candidate with solid experience in digital project management, but with a strong business orientation, the ability to structure complex problems, and sound judgment to contribute to defining and prioritizing solutions. **Responsibilities** * Lead and coordinate strategic digital initiatives within your domain—from definition through delivery and performance tracking. * Identify improvement opportunities and translate business needs into concrete requirements, priorities, and action plans. * Collaborate with business, product, and technology teams to define, prioritize, and plan initiatives. * Align various stakeholders around objectives, scope, dependencies, timelines, and expected impact. * Coordinate execution with Tech teams and other involved departments, ensuring efficient and high-quality implementation. * Monitor project progress, identifying risks, dependencies, improvement opportunities, and mitigation actions. * Define and monitor KPIs, business metrics, and experiments to evaluate the impact of implemented initiatives. * Promote continuous improvement, process optimization, and adoption of new tools—including AI—to increase efficiency and work quality. * Manage schedules, resources, and, where applicable, budgets—ensuring delivery against objectives, deadlines, and cost targets. * Support data-driven decision-making by providing analysis, context, and actionable recommendations. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration and Management, Technology, Economics, or a related field. * Minimum 7 years of experience managing complex end-to-end digital projects, ideally with cross-organizational impact. * Prior experience in environments with strong exposure to business, product, operations, or digital transformation. * Experience working with agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or other iterative management approaches. * Ability to structure complex problems, prioritize initiatives, and make well-reasoned decisions. * Leadership skills, experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and stakeholder management capability. * High autonomy, ownership mindset, and results-oriented approach. * Excellent communication, negotiation, critical thinking, and analytical skills. * Ability to thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented, and transformative environment. * Data-driven orientation and ability to define metrics, KPIs, and validate hypotheses or solutions through experimentation. * Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP or PRINCE2) are valued. **What We Offer?** * Join a company transforming the world of furniture and home décor. * Be part of an ambitious project offering professional development and growth opportunities. * A unique workspace featuring new, open-plan, and sustainable offices. * Fresh fruit available every morning. * Catering services and a cafeteria area for lunch. * Competitive compensation with a flexible benefits plan including health insurance, meal card, transport card, and childcare allowance. * Gym access with 24/7 availability.
