Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Materials Technician to manage and code materials, support spare parts activities, and control orders within a project with a leading chemical company. We are currently looking for a **JUNIOR MATERIALS TECHNICIAN** to join a project with a global leader in chemical products. **What will you do?** * Code materials in the material management system for approval by the respective "Approver" assigned by the company. * Associate all necessary spare parts to equipment for repair and maintenance. This association will be performed in the computer system provided by the company. * Provide ad-hoc support regarding spare parts to meet various departmental needs. * Identify spare parts obsolescence and update required master data in the spare parts management system. * Collect, digitize, and archive all information related to each maintenance activity. * Generate purchase requisitions based on requirements and monitor departmental orders. * Manage billing workflows and address supplier inquiries regarding invoice status in the system and payment dates. * Perform administrative closure of work orders. * Track orders for services already executed to ensure correct cost allocation to work orders, cost centers, projects, etc. * Monitor work associated with preventive technical assistance orders. **What can we offer you?** * Opportunity to join a leading company in the engineering sector. * Permanent employment contract. * Project duration: 1 year. * Working hours: 8\-5 p.m. REQUIREMENTS **What are we looking for in you?** * Mechanical Engineering or related degree. * SAP proficiency. * Advanced office software skills (Microsoft Office suite). * Structural understanding of CMMS database. * Data mining ability. * Basic knowledge of industrial organization (Manufacturing, Maintenance, procedures, projects, assets, FDs...) *To proceed with the selection process, we require candidates' Employment History (Vida Laboral), per our internal policy.
