Job Summary: We are seeking an Assembly Manager to organize and oversee the installation of lifting products, managing a technical team and coordinating with clients and engineering departments. Would you like to become part of a success story and decisively contribute to the service area’s success through your work, ideas, and personality? **What Will You Do in This Role?** Reporting to the Assembly Department Head, as Assembly Manager you will be responsible for organizing, controlling, and distributing assembly-related tasks for our products, leading a team of technical staff. This is a dynamic role with a high degree of self-management, involving direct interaction with clients and engineering departments. **Responsibilities** * Management, planning, control, and development of the assembly technicians team under your supervision. * Coordination of subcontractors and suppliers * Direction, analysis, monitoring of site progress and assembly results, and control of performance indicators. * Reporting on achievement of billing milestones and supporting collections management. * Organization and coordination of material receipt, as well as identification of shortages or deficiencies. * Delivery of installed units to customers or the after-sales department, adhering to the highest quality standards. * Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and the site safety plan. * Collaboration with the commercial department in preparing quotations. **Who We Are Looking For** -------------------- Do you have a structured approach to work and familiarity with the digital world, enabling you to independently organize your daily tasks?
