We seek passionate individuals who want to grow with us and contribute to a greener future. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and monitor the execution of civil works, ensuring compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and applicable regulations. * Conduct periodic site inspections to verify material quality and workmanship. * Identify and report project incidents or deviations, proposing effective solutions. * Collaborate closely with the technical office team for documentation review and approval. * Manage site technical documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and photographic records. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety measures on site. * Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure efficient execution. * Participate in project follow-up meetings with clients and other stakeholders. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in civil works supervision and monitoring. * Professional qualification in Supervision and Monitoring, Surveying, Technical Projects and Construction, or as Site Manager/Foreman with knowledge of technical office practices. * Knowledge of construction and civil works safety regulations. * Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications. * Capability to draft technical reports and maintain accurate records. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. * Immediate availability. * Residence in Granada or surrounding areas. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with project management software. * Experience in the renewable energy sector. * Additional certifications in occupational health and safety. **We Offer:** * Opportunity to join a growing company with challenging projects. * Professional development opportunities. * A dynamic and collaborative work environment.
