This person will lead daily transport operations alongside other Traffic Managers, actively collaborating in route planning and day-to-day fleet and driver management. Key responsibilities: - Planning and optimizing distribution routes. - Coordinating and supervising driving personnel. - Managing operational incidents and providing real-time support. - Monitoring adherence to schedules, loading, and unloading. - Collaborating with other Traffic Managers to ensure overall service efficiency. - Coordinating with internal departments (logistics, sales) and clients.
