Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and versatile dispatch operator to perform tasks including product inspection, preparation of documentation, recording of goods movements, and organization within refrigerated chambers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Detailed product inspection and preparation of transport documentation. 2. Recording of goods movements and organization within refrigerated chambers. 3. Reporting of incidents, stock shortages, or delays. We are looking for a person to fill the position of dispatch operator in a food company located in the Garrotxa area. Main responsibilities will include detailed verification of product weights, formats, and quantities. You will also be responsible for preparing delivery notes, loading sheets, and all other documentation required for transportation. It will be essential to record incoming and outgoing goods movements in the system, as well as organize products inside refrigerated chambers, prioritizing stock rotation. You will pick products according to sales orders and corresponding delivery notes. Additionally, you must report any incidents, stock shortages, or delays that occur. The working schedule is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with morning or afternoon shifts and legally mandated breaks. * Prior experience in a role identical or similar to the one described. * We seek a dynamic and versatile individual. * Residence near the workplace is an advantage. Proficiency in spoken and written Catalan and/or Spanish. * Completed ESO or equivalent. \- Forklift license.
