Join the team of information officers; you will become part of a group responsible for public attention and information, as well as exhibition room supervision in a scientific outreach facility. We are looking for individuals with experience in customer service and an interest in scientific knowledge, dynamic personalities, open-minded, team-oriented, responsible, and with flexible availability, to fill a position focused on user management and assistance at a scientific outreach center in the city of Olot, dedicated to volcanoes, science, and society. Where will you work? In Olot. What type of contract do we offer? Your contract will be permanent non-continuous. What will your working schedule and hours be? You will start on October 3rd, 2025 until the end of December 2025 (extendable depending on service needs). You will work Fridays and weekends on a part-time basis (19% workload), approximately two weekends per month. What are we looking for? • Essential: fluency in Catalan and Spanish. Knowledge of English and French is an advantage. • Ideal qualifications: vocational training, university education, or other studies related to humanities or the natural environment. • Experience in third-sector projects or previous roles in information provision and/or public service will be valued.
