




We are looking for an Administrative Assistant with vocational training or a degree in the administrative field. Proficiency in Office software—especially Excel—is essential, as well as experience with computer programs for billing and order management. Responsibilities will include general administrative management of the company, handling billing, processing orders, and providing customer service and follow-up. Administrative support will also be provided to the various departments within the organization. This position is for a company located in Valencia city and offers an indefinite contract with part-time hours.
