Split working hours from Monday to Thursday and intensive Friday At Admon Talent, we are currently searching for a Purchasing and Supply Technician for a plastics-sector company located in Terrassa (Barcelona). We seek a professional to join the Operations Department, supporting the Operations Director in supervising procurement, tracking orders, and coordinating with suppliers, ensuring proper supply for both production and non-production operations of the company. RESPONSIBILITIES * Updating and monitoring consumables pricing. * Receiving goods and correctly entering data into the ERP system. * Managing purchases and negotiating consumables (cardboard boxes, auxiliary materials, etc.). * Tracking orders and controlling deliveries. * Coordinating with and filing claims against suppliers in case of delays or incidents. * Resolving issues related to procurement and logistics. * Homologation and validation of materials and suppliers. * Stock control and monitoring to ensure proper supply to production. * Minimum of five years’ experience as a Purchasing and Supply Technician in an industrial environment. * B1 level spoken and written English (French is a plus). * Experience using ERP systems and office software. * Joining a solid and rapidly growing company. * New facilities. * Split working hours from Monday to Thursday and intensive Friday. * Competitive remuneration package aligned with experience and expertise provided.
