To achieve this, our team’s talent remains our most critical pillar. **WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?** Reporting to the Department Head, your mission will be to contribute—both individually and through team coordination—to customer satisfaction and sales growth. **YOU ARE A FUNDAMENTAL PIECE OF THE TEAM! Your responsibilities will include:** Motivating and engaging the team by example: setting priorities, ensuring organization, coordinating sales staff availability on the sales floor, executing daily tasks—all while maintaining safety standards (PPE, load handling, hazardous products, etc.). Ensuring proper customer service by encouraging sales aligned with customer needs to guarantee their satisfaction. Understanding and communicating the sales plan for each product category.
