We have **more than 135 sales offices** **and over 35 production centers** around the world, as well as strategically distributed logistics platforms supporting both production and distribution centers.\n\n \n\nOur team consists of **over 7,000 employees**, highly skilled professionals from more than 45 countries.\n\n**Mission:**\n\n\nFollowing instructions from the Shift Supervisor and Section Leader, you will be responsible for supervising work within the section and the team members, ensuring compliance with the established planning and continuity of operations, aiming to achieve the expected timelines and quality standards while maintaining optimal productivity levels and minimizing incidents.\n\n**Your Responsibilities:**\n\n* Coordinate and supervise tasks performed by your team.\n* Coordinate with the Section Leader the distribution and assignment of workload, considering instructions from the warehouse manager and planning department.\n* Ensure that assigned tasks are completed by your team within the scheduled time.\n\n\n\\- Resolve incidents arising within your area of responsibility. \\- \n\n\\- Report any incidents occurred during the shift to your supervisor. \\- Coordinate activities with the corresponding shift counterpart. \n\n* Monitor daily production and manage pickings, restocking, negatives, movements, and inventories. Visually control order preparation, verification, and closing.\n* Resolve and locate missing materials.\n* Support the Section Leader in various duties.\n* Document truck loading and unloading processes and all non-conforming material procedures.\n* Verify that carriers comply with all necessary safety measures to ensure safe loading and unloading operations.\n\n **To succeed in this role, you need a positive and dynamic attitude, as well as the following qualifications:**\n\n \n\nProven experience as a team supervisor managing teams of 5 to 10 people in warehouse or manufacturing environments. Availability to work rotating shifts from 6 AM to 2 PM and 2 PM to 10 PM.
