Functions We are seeking cooks for a residence located in Sabadell. Functions: * Perform mise en place. * Ensure proper texture and presentation of food. * Follow food safety protocols (APPCC). * Monitor food preservation (expiration dates, temperatures of refrigeration chambers, freezers, etc.). * Manage inventories and prevent waste. * Prepare special meals for individuals with allergies or intolerances. * Adjust textures (purees, mashed foods, etc.) for residents with swallowing difficulties. Requirements - Previous experience as a cook in collective catering (residences, hospitals, school cafeterias, etc.). * APPCC certification. * Food Handler's Certificate (mandatory). * Organization and planning skills in kitchen operations. * Availability to work shifts (including weekends and holidays). Valued skills: * Knowledge in food handling for special groups (diabetics, celiacs, dysphagia patients, etc.). We offer - Full-time position: 40 hours per week. * Alternating short-week and long-week schedules. * Initial 3-month probation contract, followed by an indefinite contract. * Salary according to the collective agreement for collective catering.
