Organization and planning of services and care staff. Support and follow-up for service users and their families. Incident management and coordination with the multidisciplinary team. Administrative support tasks specific to the service. * Minimum 6 months of experience. Experience in similar positions is valued. * Bachelor's degree in Social Work * Bachelor's degree in Social Education * Competencies / knowledge: Experience with the Jano management system is valued. We seek a candidate with a university degree in the social field (Social Work, Social Education, or related disciplines) who wishes to lead and coordinate teams, and contribute to enabling people to continue living at home with the support they need. * Availability of a personal vehicle * Driving license: B * Permanent employment contract * Full-time working hours * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1700' to '1800' * Other relevant information: Reimbursement of kilometers traveled during home visits.
