We are looking for a **Logistics Technical Assistant** to provide operational and administrative support to the logistics department, ensuring proper management of goods flows, documentation, and coordination with suppliers and carriers. The selected candidate will contribute to optimizing logistics processes, guaranteeing on-time delivery, shipment traceability, and effective incident management. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Manage and record customer and supplier orders in the system. * Coordinate goods transportation, including route planning and shipment tracking. * Monitor stock levels and support inventory management. * Supervise product receipt, storage, and dispatch. * Prepare and review logistics documentation (delivery notes, delivery orders, invoices, etc.). * Track deliveries and communicate with carriers and customers. * Identify and manage logistics incidents, proposing solutions. * Collaborate in continuous improvement of logistics and operational processes. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of transport and distribution regulations. * Experience in stock or warehouse management. * English language proficiency or other languages (depending on the international context). ### **What We Offer** * Joining a dynamic and growing team. * Professional development in the logistics area. * A collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
