Job Summary: We are looking for an Intern to support the Learning & Development team in managing and coordinating courses, administering functional training, and collaborating on HR projects. Key Highlights: 1. Support in the management and coordination of training courses. 2. Collaboration in the implementation of Learning & Development projects. 3. We take pride in taking fashion beyond borders, connecting our unique style with people around the globe. **YOUR NEW ROLE** We are looking for an Intern to join the Learning \& Development team. **YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Support in course management, including participant lists, course evaluations, preparation of required documentation, coordination with the Tripartite Foundation, and management of the training database. * Administration and organization of various functional trainings at HQ. * Coordination of specific, on-demand training requests from employees. * Support in implementing Learning \& Development projects and collaboration with HR partners. * Support in the onboarding process. * Monitoring of results and areas for improvement within the department. **ABOUT YOU** * Possibility to formalize an agreement with your educational institution or university for a minimum duration of 6 months. * Availability to work a 40-hour weekly schedule. * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent. * Project management experience will be valued. * Intermediate-to-advanced English level (B2). * Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. **YOUR BENEFITS:** * Enjoy a flexible schedule and hybrid work model tailored to your needs.
