Professional growth plan within the technical department DESCRIPTION A company with over 25 years of experience in the automotive sector; specialists in the sale, installation, and maintenance of workshop and industrial machinery, is looking to expand its team with an **Electromechanical Technician** who seeks stability, growth, and a professional environment that values work quality. **Responsibilities:** -------------- * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automotive machinery: lifts (column-type, scissor-type, etc.), wheel removers, wheel balancers, compressors, lubrication equipment, exhaust extraction systems, etc. * Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults. * Install new machinery at customer workshops. * Commissioning, safety verification, and basic customer training. * Daily travel across Catalonia using a company vehicle. **Personal Competencies** --------------------------- * Responsibility and autonomy. * Ability to diagnose and solve problems. * Professional interaction with customers. * Flexibility and teamwork. **What We Offer** ----------------- * Permanent contract. * Company vehicle, tools, and tablet for managing interventions. * Continuous training on machinery, safety, and new technologies. * Professional growth plan within the technical department. * Intensive working schedule from Monday to Friday (choose between 7:00–16:00 or 10:00–19:00\). * **Salary between €25,000 and €28,000 gross/year**, depending on experience \+ allowances. * Access to professional certifications. REQUIREMENTS ### **Mandatory:** * Solid knowledge of mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, and pneumatics. * Valid driving license (Class B). * Availability for daily travel (meals outside). * Residence in Terrassa or surrounding areas. ### **Desirable:** * Minimum 3 years’ experience in electromechanical maintenance. * Vocational training (FP) in mechanics, electromechanics, or related field. * Prior experience with automotive workshop machinery. * Basic computer skills.
