The planner carries out the strategic planning of the collection considering quantitative perspectives, as well as monitoring the collection (sales, leftover stock, distribution...) throughout the season, aiming to support decision-making to increase sales. YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:* You will collaborate with Collection Coordination on the strategic forecasting of collection purchases based on sales forecasts for each line. * You will define numerical objectives for the season: sales, shipment, leftover stock, margin... for presentation to management. * You will calculate the overall purchase cost/units for approval by management. * You will be responsible for generating the necessary statistical analyses to anticipate demand required to meet CAD targets (profit, margin...). * You will revise sales and margin forecasts (global and by market) throughout the season and propose improvement actions. * You will make decisions regarding global and/or market-specific promotions to boost sales. * You will monitor sales performance of the current campaign's collection and sales rankings, visiting stores and proposing actions to improve sales both during the current season and strategically for upcoming ones. * You will oversee the delivery of collections to stores and identify potential issues to address with Purchasing, CMT, and/or Distribution departments. * You will act as a liaison between CAD and the various involved departments (Purchasing, Factory – CMT, GDP – Distribution...) to resolve identified issues. * You will create and develop reports necessary to improve collection planning and monitoring (sales peaks, sales surges...) enabling strategic forecasting or corrective decisions within the same season. * You will contribute to the overall seasonal results analysis from multiple perspectives (sales by family, by line, by markets, by channels...). * You will perform estimation and calculation of end-of-season clearance of leftover stock. ABOUT YOU:* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion retail sector with product decision-making responsibility. * Advanced level of English and Excel. * Strong ability to gather, research, rigorously analyze, and synthesize structured and unstructured strategic and operational information for decision-making. * Experience in retail and fashion market research analysis, enabling key strategic decisions about collections and their practical application in business. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain key aspects of the collection and their potential business impact. * Ability to coordinate the development of business/operational plans and projects. * Knowledge of purchase budget creation and comparison with commercial results.
