**Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in rural development and nature conservation activities, seeks to hire 1 Technical Supervisor for Building Construction Projects in Valladolid. **Workplace Location** -------------------- * Valladolid Address: Province of Valladolid **Responsibilities and Tasks** ---------------------- * Organize site supervision activities according to the Site Manager’s instructions, manage allocated resources, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations. * Organize assigned means and equipment for the project: machinery, supplies, subcontracted services, and record any incidents. * Collaborate with the Site Manager in studying project interventions, developing procurement processes, and organizing trades involved in the project. * Collaborate with the Site Manager in planning, organizing, and executing project interventions. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, as well as quality and environmental specifications. * Carry out measurements of executed work items and determine achieved productivity rates. * Assume responsibility for monitoring and ensuring compliance with contracts awarded to collaborating companies, following the Site Manager’s instructions. * Collaborate in programming interventions, setting-out, measurements, budget execution, and GIS application. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the stated requirements and/or merits must be substantiated either by passing evaluation tests and/or by attaching required documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any stage of the selection process, documentary evidence supporting the information provided in the application, as well as to request additional information from the candidate’s CV whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Hold a Higher Technician (FPII) qualification in Agricultural, Civil Engineering and Construction, Electricity and Electronics, or Installation and Maintenance fields (qualification officially recognized in Spain or an equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Class B Driving License **Merit Criteria (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Occupational Health and Safety training of at least 60 hours * Building Information Modeling (BIM) design and modeling training of at least 40 hours * Geographic Information Systems (GIS) training of at least 40 hours ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Eligibility to formalize a trainee contract aimed at acquiring professional practice related to the qualification specified in this vacancy (for this purpose, no more than 3 years may have elapsed since completion of the qualification, or 5 years if a disability certificate is provided; nor may the candidate have previously entered into such a trainee contract related to the same qualification for over 6 months). **Observations** ----------------- * Applications will be accepted from today, 03/07/2026, until 17/07/2026 at 23:59 (Peninsular Time). A fixed-term contract of an estimated duration of 6 months is offered, with possible extension for another 6 months, if applicable. If a trainee/traineeship contract is formalized, the candidate’s qualification must be directly related to the duties of the position offered, enabling them to carry out tasks appropriate to their qualification and thereby acquire suitable professional experience aligned with their academic level.
