Responsibilities * Analyze production by verifying correct packaging (batch number, expiry date, and standards) to ensure compliance with specifications for both semi-finished and finished products. * Verify incoming materials and raw materials against established parameters upon factory entry, managing documentation for both materials and suppliers. * Timely preparation and distribution of quality standards and technical specifications. * Verify cleaning procedures on the production line between product changeovers (allergen control via testing). * Supply and stock finished products in the reference sample warehouse (sample library). * Monitor and verify product parameters (e.g., Brix) and specific recipe components (e.g., chlorine in water…). * Inspect and control all factory measurement equipment (refractometers and scales). * Monitor production line parameters and complete inspection checklists. * Collaborate in various food safety and OTC audits. * Maintain the Quality database, collect, review, and archive Quality documents. * Determine Acceptable/Non-Acceptable status for non-conformities.
