RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate and supervise the production and assembly of electronic equipment manufactured by Lector Visión, ensuring compliance with delivery schedules, product quality, proper resource management, and alignment with Operations and Commercial departments. Planning and coordination of production and assembly of cameras and electronic equipment. Management and coordination of the technical assembly team, organizing workloads and priorities. Monitoring and control of stock levels for materials and electronic components. Interaction with suppliers, tracking orders, delivery timelines, and supply quality. Development and monitoring of manufacturing and delivery schedules, in coordination with Operations and Commercial departments. Identification of production issues and proposal of process improvements. Ensuring compliance with product quality, safety, and traceability standards. Technical support in resolving issues arising during assembly and manufacturing.
