Accurate and detail-oriented invoice preparation. Administrative support staff are required in the industrial field. Key responsibilities include supervising and controlling the inventory of materials and products to ensure continuous availability. Additionally, the candidate will manage and archive all departmental documentation, maintaining impeccable organization. Another key task is monthly invoice preparation, a process demanding maximum accuracy and attention to detail. The candidate will also handle customer inquiries and requests via email and telephone, consistently maintaining clear and professional communication. A Higher Vocational Training Degree in Administration or a related qualification is required, along with proven prior experience in similar administrative roles. Initiative, willingness to continue learning, and a positive general attitude are highly valued. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work effectively in a team are essential requirements. Knowledge or experience in agricultural business administration is considered an advantage, though not mandatory. Vocational training in Administration or a related field. Prior experience in a similar position (minimum 2 years). Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Teamwork capability. Proactivity and strong work ethic. Knowledge of agricultural business administration is a plus.
