Location: Aranda de Duero * Duration: Temporary contract Responsibilities: * ️ Manage and coordinate preventive maintenance in the tabletting area to ensure operational continuity. * + ️ Participate in and lead continuous improvement and optimization projects with real impact on-site (Lean, 5S, Kaizen…). * + ️ Support the implementation, commissioning, and validation of new production equipment: URS, coordination with suppliers, and FAT/SAT follow-up. * Investigate operational and technical deviations; propose and implement corrective and preventive actions. ✅ Collaborate in internal and external audits, ensuring evidence preparation and regulatory compliance. * * Develop, review, and keep updated technical documentation, procedures, and equipment records. * + ️ Ensure compliance with GxP, EHS, and GSK’s internal policies. * Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams (Production, Quality, EHS, Supply Chain) to achieve site objectives. Profile sought: * University degree in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation or similar). Mandatory. * Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry or regulated environments (desirable). Specific experience in tabletting will be valued. * Minimum B2 level in English (spoken and written). * Knowledge and experience in applying the GPS system (GSK Production System) or equivalent continuous improvement methodologies. * Knowledge of industrial maintenance, process equipment, and automation. * Analytical skills, problem-solving orientation, and results-driven. * Good communication and teamwork skills; ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders. * Proactive attitude and fast learning capability.
