We present you a new opportunity at **Sales of Bathrooms** **(Palencia).** We are looking for an **NPD candidate with experience in the complete product development process**. The main mission of the role will be to support business growth and sustainability through product design and development. You will ensure optimal implementation of production, maximizing satisfaction of consumer and customer needs, while achieving the most efficient outcome for the Company. You will improve quality programs, food safety, and cost efficiency. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Maintain external or internal contacts that ensure access to the highest level of global *expertise*. * Define formulations and processing conditions that guarantee product shelf life. * Efficiently prepare prototypes at pilot plant level, identifying critical points during industrial scale-up. * Coordinate necessary sensory and laboratory analyses to ensure correct shelf life of the developed product. * Record knowledge acquired during laboratory and industrial testing. * Manage projects ensuring execution, *timings*, results, and established costs. * Coordinate or participate in initial and periodic meetings with departments involved in projects. * Participate in meetings with necessary *stakeholders* to properly interpret and communicate feasibility and specifications, providing new formulations and technological improvements. * Share information and train other teams, contributing to company *know\-how* development and creating synergies across areas. * Support the *Packaging* team in packaging validation in collaboration with other departments. **EDUCATION AND REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:** Agricultural Engineering, Degree in Food Science and Technology, Degree in Chemistry, or Degree in Biology. English: Advanced level (B2\). Experience in NPD within R\+D. Willingness to travel.
