JOB DESCRIPTION We are Molins' business specializing in precast concrete solutions. From design to assembly, we fully engage in all types of building and civil engineering projects, advising you with our extensive industry experience. We play an essential role in constructing a better environment through our precast concrete solutions. Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on machinery and facilities. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Maintenance and repair of overhead cranes (bearings, reducers, cables, automation...) * Maintenance of small industrial vehicles (forklifts, dumpers...) * Concrete plant maintenance (conveyor belts, silos, hoppers, scales, dosing systems...) * Hydraulic system maintenance (solenoid valves, cylinders, hydraulic power units) * Operation and monitoring of steam boilers, compressors, and pumps. * Review of overhead crane checklists. * Participate in the assembly and commissioning of new equipment or production lines. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure production continuity. * Propose technical improvements to optimize machinery performance. * Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role * Intermediate-level vocational training, Higher Education Vocational Training cycle. * Ability to interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics. * Organized work approach. * Responsibility and commitment to occupational health and safety. Teamwork. Proactivity in identifying improvements and proposing solutions. * Spanish language proficiency.
