




Position Summary: We are seeking a leader with strong analytical skills to define, implement, and audit operational procedures, manage daily operations, and develop the team within a wellbeing company. Your main responsibilities will be: * Define, implement, and keep standard operating procedures up to date. * Audit current processes to identify vulnerabilities, dependencies, and areas for improvement. * Manage daily operations, ensuring achievement of established objectives. * Monitor departmental performance through management and analysis of key indicators (KPIs). * Lead, coordinate, and develop the team under your supervision.
