Our hiring practices are designed to ensure equal opportunity for all candidates. **WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT** ----------------------- In our unit Regulatory IT Services we are driving laboratory digitalization through modern laboratory data management solutions. As part of the Regulatory IT Services you will develop important laboratory systems and supports various aspects of digital processes. **RESPONSIBILITIES** -------------------- * You will assume responsibility for laboratory IT systems to plan, manage and conduct GxP system validations and drive continuous improvement of the global validation framework. * Change management and impact assessment of validated systems as well as the application of regulatory guidelines are part of your job. * You will perform vendor audits and compliance assessments as necessary. * Furthermore, you will be responsible to train BASF units in GxP validation as well as system\- \& process\- related topics. * Besides your strong validation focus you will be responsible for system development projects and process improvements in collaboration with internal and external partners. * To achieve this, you will lead an interdisciplinary project team and balance scope, schedule, budget and quality. **REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION** -------------------------------- * Graduate studies in computer science, natural sciences, or a comparable education. * Extensive experience in Project and Process Management, preferably in the regulated area. * Several years of professional experience in the areas of computerized system validation and GxP. * Customer\-oriented, entrepreneurial, and the ability to develop creative and innovative solutions. * Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written. * Very good negotiation skills as well as excellent planning and organization. **WHAT WE OFFER** ----------------- * A secure work environment because your health, safety and wellbeing is always our top priority. * Flexible work schedule and Home\-office options, so that you can balance your working life and private life. * Learning and development opportunities * 23 holiday days per year * 5 additional days (readjustment) * 2 cultural days * A collaborative, trustful and innovative work environment * Being part of an international team and work in global projects * Relocation assistance to Madrid provided **HOW TO REACH US** ------------------- If you're interested in the position or know someone who might be and need support on how to take next steps, please send an email to elena.a.perez@basf.com
