This entails establishing and supervising work processes and tools, guaranteeing pedagogical and methodological quality in interventions, promoting teacher training and mentoring, and fostering coherence in content and teaching guidelines across all programme components. Furthermore, the mission includes encouraging inter-institutional collaboration and dialogue with public and private entities, developing tailored training materials, and ensuring that language teaching and learning effectively contribute to the social, cultural, and occupational integration of programme participants. Responsibilities: * Design and supervise processes, tools, and methodologies for the SFL and training area. * Coordinate, guide, and monitor teaching and technical staff, ensuring intervention quality and achievement of objectives. * Organize meetings, collaborative spaces, and training activities for the team. * Prepare reports, summaries, and supplementary projects, identifying areas for improvement. * Supervise teaching guidelines, classes, workshops, and language learning. * Manage relationships with external entities and represent Diaconia in this area. * Support the opening and management of reception facilities, including resolution of incidents. * Monitor procedures, conduct centre visits, and ensure adherence to deadlines. **Profile:** * University degree in a social field (e.g., Social Work, Social Education, Psychology, Law, etc.). * Knowledge of teaching and learning methodologies. * Training in gender-based violence (desirable). * Prior experience as an SFL teacher and/or in the fields of education or psychopedagogy. * Working hours: Monday to Friday (flexible start between 9–10 a.m., ending between 5–6 p.m.; three days on-site at the Madrid office – Metro Suanzes – and two days remote). * Contract type: Temporary replacement for maternity and childcare leave (until approximately May–June 2026). * Salary aligned with the 2022–2024 State Collective Agreement for Social Action and Intervention, Group 1 (base salary + supplement). ***At Diaconia, we are committed to creating equitable, inclusive, and fair workplaces.
