Role Objective: * Develop advanced analytics and artificial intelligence solutions applied to key business use cases. Responsibilities: * Collect, clean, and process datasets, ensuring they are prepared for use in machine learning models and data analysis. * Develop and maintain data pipelines, ensuring data flows efficiently and securely through the analysis process. Requirements WE REQUIRE: * University degree in quantitative disciplines such as Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or similar fields. * Residence in Badajoz. * More than three years of experience applying machine learning and data science techniques in real-world environments. * Experience managing end-to-end data science projects: from exploration to implementation and delivery. * Solid theoretical and practical knowledge of machine learning and statistical modeling. * Proficiency in Python and experience with key ML libraries such as pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/Keras or PyTorch, matplotlib, seaborn, and FastAPI. * Experience working with APIs, especially OpenAI and other language model-based services. * Ability to solve complex problems with a proactive, business-oriented mindset. * Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical results into understandable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders. * Autonomous profile, curious and motivated to continuously learn new technologies, tools, and methodologies. VALUABLE SKILLS: * Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud. * Knowledge of containers and orchestration. * Experience with version control and continuous integration and deployment processes for models. * Ability to work with large volumes of data and optimize model performance. * Knowledge of augmented retrieval, vector databases, embeddings, and agent-based architectures. * Familiarity with best practices in production environments: versioning, testing, monitoring, and documentation. * Master's degree in a relevant field related to Data or AI. * Use of AI in daily workflow.
