We are seeking a Collective Catering Cook to join one of our client centers located in the upper part of Barcelona. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals for large groups, ensuring quality and food safety at all times. Responsibilities: Develop culinary preparations; ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications; implement good practices. Design menus and adapted diets. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. Supervise inventory of ingredients and materials, placing orders as necessary. Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations — APPCC recordkeeping. Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of machinery, materials, and utensils. Train new team members on cooking practices and company procedures. We offer: Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. Working hours: Monday to Sunday, rest days according to rotating schedule, daily shift from 8:00 to 16:00. Salary according to the Collective Catering Agreement.
