PM Security (IAM - Active Directory)

Description

We are looking for an experienced **Project Manager** to join a global Cybersecurity program and lead a strategic initiative focused on strengthening identity and access security across a large\-scale enterprise environment. Will oversee the deployment of a **Password Robustness Enforcer** solution within the organization's **Global Active Directory**, ensuring seamless coordination between technical teams, stakeholders, and business units while driving successful project execution and user adoption. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high\-visibility international project alongside Cyberdefense, Architecture, Identity \& Access Management (IAM), and Active Directory experts. **Main Points** * Project Manager within a global Cyberdefense program. * Deployment of Password Robustness Enforcer solution. * Collaboration with Architecture, Cyberdefense, IAM, and Active Directory teams. * Presentation to Architecture Board. * Ownership of project governance and coordination. * Strong focus on Change Management and end\-user communication. * First Pre\-Production deployment targeted for end of 2025\. * International English\-speaking environment. * Minimum 5 years of relevant Project Management experience. **Must\-Have Requirements** ✅ 5\+ years of Project Management experience. ✅ Experience delivering Cybersecurity/Cyberdefense projects. ✅ Strong stakeholder management skills. ✅ Experience coordinating Architecture, IAM, and Infrastructure teams. ✅ Change Management expertise (user impact assessment and communication planning). ✅ Experience working in enterprise/global environments. ✅ Fluent English communication skills. ✅ Ability to manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and governance activities. **Nice to Have** * Active Directory projects experience. * Identity \& Access Management (IAM) knowledge. * Security policy deployment or authentication\-related projects. * Experience presenting initiatives to Architecture Governance Boards.
