The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in customer data ecosystems, product segmentation, marketing analytics, and AI/ML\-driven insights. You will work closely with cross\-functional teams including product management, engineering, CRM, analytics, and marketing to develop scalable data products and enhance customer engagement across multiple touchpoints. This role requires a strong understanding of data governance, privacy policies, predictive analytics, and customer behavior modeling to build trusted and impactful customer experiences globally. Key Responsibilities * Understand and leverage the existing product and services data ecosystem to define future customer experience capabilities. * Drive strategy, governance, and implementation of data\-related initiatives across business and technical teams. * Collaborate with CRM, product, engineering, and marketing teams to define data and functional requirements. * Design and define scalable data products, schemas, and AI/ML\-driven automation capabilities. * Translate large data initiatives into agile user stories and prioritize deliverables effectively. * Build and maintain product roadmaps focused on customer and business data requirements. * Analyze customer feedback and sentiment data to create personas and consumer profiles. * Ensure compliance with current data privacy policies and customer engagement standards. * Partner with stakeholders including executives, analysts, engineers, and external customers to drive successful execution. Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * MBA or Business Degree is preferred. * 8\+ years of overall professional experience. * Minimum 5\+ years of experience in Data Product Management, Product Marketing, or Customer Data Platforms. * Strong expertise in segmentation, targeting strategies, and multichannel customer engagement. * Hands\-on experience with analytics, predictive modeling, and data visualization. * Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and semantic/knowledge graph technologies. * Strong experience with JIRA and SQL. * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. Preferred Certifications * Analytics Certification or relevant Data/Product Management certifications preferred.
