Within our diverse and outgoing team—the Leonardo Family—we value your motivation, your opinions, and your ideas. **Responsibilities** * Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including posting job offers, pre-screening candidates, and conducting interviews. * Support the onboarding process for all new employees joining Leonardo Hotels Spain. * Assist in managing employee hires and terminations within our corporate social network and current HR systems or software, ensuring their proper functioning. * Support communication and coordination of company-wide activities throughout the year, such as Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, team-building events, and corporate functions. * Assist in managing physical and/or digital document archives. * Provide support to other areas within the department, as well as contribute to its development. REQUIREMENTS **Minimum Requirements** * BE YOURSELF. Be authentic and true to yourself. * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related fields. * Advanced level of English. * Strong organizational skills and a solid sense of responsibility. * Proactivity and eagerness to learn within a growing company and department. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Must reside in the city where the vacancy is located
