**Description:** ---------------- A **construction company** is seeking to hire a **Construction Site Manager**. **Job Description** You will be responsible for the duties typical of a Construction Site Manager, performing the following tasks. * Carry out interpretation of drawings and layout of construction units. * Propose execution procedures, materials, and techniques. * Perform material calculations and measurements of completed work. * Manage control of materials, storage areas, and site tools. * Supervise and coordinate internal project teams as well as subcontractor teams. * Monitor and supervise on-site construction execution, as well as compliance with the established schedule. * Ensure quality control of on-site work performed. * Enforce and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety measures on site and for workers. **Requirements:** --------------- **Job Requirements** * Qualification as a Higher Technician in Construction Works Organization and Control, or a Higher Technician in Building Projects, or other related qualifications. * At least **5 years of demonstrable experience as a Construction Site Manager**, preferably in Singular Buildings. * Knowledge of surveying and drawing interpretation. * Familiarity with and ability to use computer tools (Email, Excel, Word, etc.). * **PRL Certification: Basic 60-hour PRL course is mandatory.**
